Shipping Policy


  • We can accept and send orders globally.
  • Choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.
  • What you pay is what we pay. Unlike others, we do not seek to profit on shipping charges. Shipping charges have been manually integrated from the Royal Mail Click & Go courier platform. Should you find suitable cheaper service on the Royal Mail Click & Go platform, please let us know and we will ensure to match the rate.
  • UK mainland orders over £79.99 qualify for free delivery.
  • Orders over £999.99 outside of UK mainland qualify for free delivery.
  • All orders aim to be shipped within the timeframe stated (NB: These are working/business days and exclude bank holidays or any other national holidays).
  • All our orders are shipped using the Royal Mail’s Click & Drop courier service.
  • We are not liable for any delays induced by the Royal Mail – once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over its journey to follow.


  • It is your right to return items, should you decide that you no longer require them. If this is the case, you have 14 days from the date you receive them to return the unwanted items, given that they are unopened and in saleable condition.
  • Refunds should be expected to reach your bank account within 5 days. If you do not receive your refund within 10, please contact us.
  • If the products you receive are damaged or not as stated, photographic evidence must first be provided to begin the refund process – we are not obliged to offer a refund outside of the 14-day grace period should we deem it ill requested.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, you must return the delivered products back to us in the same condition as you received it. these items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund or replacement.
  • Although uncommon, should you not receive an item ordered from our website, you are required to report this within 21 days from the time of ordering to be entitled to a refund or replacement.
  • If you are granted a replacement for an order, you have the right to cancel this within 7 days of confirmation.
  • Any return and/or refund requests made outside of the 14-day grace period will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
